Sunday worship takes place at 11.00am until approximately 12.30 pm.
We commence worship with the Sunday School present and worship God together
as a family of believers. The Sunday School leave and go to the hall
at 11.30 after an address from Mr Carmichael. Our 24 strong choir leads
us in our congregational praise and brings to us songs of worship, both
traditional and contemporary.
The focus and climax of our worship is the hearing of God's word, faithfully
and passionately preached to us by our minister to the thrilling of
our souls.
We meet for evening worship every second Sunday in the informal setting
of the church hall.
Currently, in the morning, Mr Carmichael is preaching in expository
fashion through the Gospel of Mark. In similar fashion, in the evening
he is preaching through the book of Jonah.
The Midweek Meeting takes place each week at 7.30pm in the church hall
and is the very heartbeat of our church. Approximately 60 people, young
and old, gather for prayer and bible study.
Believing that prayer is the work of the Church, we commence with prayer
until 8pm. From 8 -9 our minister leads us in praise and in-depth Bible
study. On the first Wednesday of every month, the whole meeting is devoted
to prayer. During June - September, we enjoy a varied summer programme
whereby we are blessed by the ministry of visiting guest speakers of
the highest calibre, and enjoy a variety of fellowship evenings.
Our Midweek Meeting offers a great opportunity to praise God and
to have one's mind stretched. It also offers the opportunity to share
fellowship over supper and for young old to mix together
